Today’s podcast is the first in a series showcasing the various extracurricular organizations of the biomedical engineering department. In this part, you’ll hear from Anokhi Patel from bmedSAB, Abhinaya Uthayukumar from the Pioneer, and Jason Weis from the Learning Commons. There will be two more parts coming out soon, so look out for those!

All three of these organizations are currently recruiting, so if any of them interest you, check out the applications!

What's the Buzz is back for Spring 2017! Today, host Jasmine Pillarisetti talks with Charles Lankau, a BME student who participated in last summer's CREATE-X course (aka Startup Summer). Join Malvika as she talks to Team Wobble, a BME / ME team that is in the finals of this year's Inventure Prize Competition.  Malvika interviews team members Matthew Devlin and Garrett Wallace, both BME students, about their team's invention, which is a low cost perturbation platform to assist in evaluating the severity of head injuries sustained by athletes during games.  Teammates Ana Gomez (BME) and Hailey Brown (ME) did not participate in this interview.
